1What we collect
The site sets no cookies for visitors.
Our server logs each request (the page asked for, your IP address and browser) to keep the site running.
2Visits
When you visit, our server records each page you load: the time, your IP address, the address of the page, the page that linked you here, and your browser's user agent. If JavaScript is on, your browser also sends your screen size, the links you follow to other sites, and how long you stayed on a page.
We use these records to count visitors and see which pages are read.
3Messages
When you use the contact form, we store your name, email address, topic and message, with the time, your IP address and your browser's user agent. We use them to reply to you.
4Applications
When you submit a vendor application, we store everything in the form, and every version of it if you change it later, each with the time, your IP address and your browser's user agent. You can change or withdraw it yourself with its private link.
When you submit a volunteer application, we store everything in the form, and every version of it if you change it later, each with the time, your IP address and your browser's user agent. You can change or withdraw it yourself with its private link.
Only the festival's organisers can read messages and applications, signed in to the site's admin pages.
